I have always been treated in a nice way. They always try to help so that you can get in touch with a doctor if you want. Contact via 1177 also works well. They do a good job and I feel satisfied.
Called the switchboard when I needed to make an appointment with a doctor because my prescription allergy medicine had expired. They were supposed to call back at 9.00, 9.20 a nurse calls up who was terribly rude. Yelled at me on the phone and I was not allowed to speak at all. I was called an idiot that the medicines are available at the pharmacy without a prescription and that I should shower every day, change the bedclothes every day and not have the windows open. Since I've had my allergy all my life, I know how to deal with it, showering every day is not possible because I have the skin disease atopic dermatitis. I don't think it's very nice when you are scolded without having to be spoken to by a nurse when you just want to make an appointment with a doctor to be able to get new medicines prescribed.
Terribly bad Vårdcentralen, the staff questions EVERYTHING every time, they visit you for ONE reason, that something is wrong with the body or similar, that you constantly want to make a diagnosis over the phone just proves how stupid you are! And the nurses have a ridiculously bad attitude towards both us parents and children
