Fantastically good products. Buys own Christmas hams and hands them in for illegal smoking. Have done this for several years with excellent results. Slice thin as a spread or a little thicker to dice and use in ham sauce. Vacuum pack and freeze so you have cheap and tasty toppings for a long time.
The best smoked meat!
Always nice treatment and good service when I go in for smoking and the result is just as delicious every time. Considering the work they put in and how good it is, Vindelns Rökeri is clearly worth five stars.
Bought smoked meat at Kopparberg market. Absolutely delicious 10/10
Wind-smoked ham, pork tenderloin, and more in a very small but big enough and very nice farm shop. Rare staff and inimitably good products.
