Recently bought an electric bicycle here. Couldn't collect it on the day as they could not find the key for the battery! Had to go back and fetch it in a rush during lunch. Got the bike home and it was clear it wasn't tested or set up properly. Cycle computer did not start and the gears hunt when in 3 to 5th gear. Cycle computer leads were not correctly or fully inserted, sorted that out myself. Is it worth the 150km round trip to get the gears sorted? I'll do it myself... not impressed.

Every staff member you meet greets you. There are many of them so there are many hellos. No matter how many hellos the store as usual didn't have the item as prescribed in the commercial and none of the hellos helped. I fałl for this trick way too much.

Large range of products, all for good prices.nnService went above and beyond, would rate 11/10. Highly recommended store :

Decent selection of entry to mid level sporting equipment and occasional good sale prices. But horrible customer service, be prepared for long queues and 20 to 30 minute wait to ask the most simple question.
