Great personnel and fast service
Super bad website! Couldn't do anything, keep showing Payment failed. No phone, no customer service. Sigh!
Fantastic fast delivery! Ordered at 2:30pm and had the items delivered to the DHL service point before 11am the next day!nOrdered a Sydsports assembled table tennis rack with a good frame and rubber, what a fantastic rack! Can't wait to play with it! Also bought case and cleaning fluid. All at very favorable prices!
A fantastic shopping experience! I was contacted after an hour because the product was sold out. They suggested another product which I decided to buy instead. The order was shipped just moments later and took just two business days to arrive after ordering. Cruelly! Incredibly fast and smooth! Highest rating!
Ordered the rubbers and balls. After 10 weeks of waiting and 5 emails where I asked what happened and got the repeated answer that there is something wrong with dhl, it appeared that they lost my order. They never sent anything and didn't seem to understand the damage they were causing. Nice but completely unhelpful reception.
