Extremely poor customer service and lack of responsibilitynI ordered an inflatable hot tub that has still not been delivered, even though Schenker – the store’s subcontractor – tried to deliver six times without success. I have contacted the store several times via both email and phone without response, and only two weeks later, after another call, did I finally get to speak to a salesperson.nnUnfortunately, the service was anything but professional. The salesperson put all the responsibility on Schenker and said that the store has no responsibility for the goods reaching me. When I pointed out that I had suffered damage from repeatedly being at home unnecessarily without receiving a delivery, and asked for compensation, I received a short answer:n“We do not compensate anyone for anything, and it is not possible to complain about a shipment.”nnThis is completely wrong. It is the store that is the contractual party with me as a customer, and therefore it is their responsibility to ensure that their carrier delivers according to the agreement. It is certainly possible to complain about a shipment that was not delivered as agreed. In addition, there was a lack of both legal knowledge and a desire to solve the problem.nnIn retrospect, I am glad that I canceled the purchase, but very disappointed with how poorly I was treated. I had previously been a satisfied customer, but after this it is clear that if something goes wrong, the store neither takes responsibility nor shows any willingness to help.nnOnly shop here if you are prepared to be completely alone if something goes wrong – you will not get any help at all.nn// Anna
