Unfortunately the negative reviews are indeed correct, I ordered an item being sold as new, it arrived in about a week but was clearly a used item with some damage as well as wear.nI did manage to contact the seller by phone who assured me he would replace the item, but I have heard nothing since. I think he has blocked my number. He also never replied to any written communication so I believe he knows he is operating a scam and is taking steps to safeguard himself.nI too am now having to take legal action against the company.

Got my order in a freezer bag stuck in a torn piece of cardboard. Not safe for transport and very unprofessional. Not recommended.

When I check the reviews people have written, I wonder if we really ordered from the same place.nnI received a fantastic welcome, and clear information about the products I ordered. I even got a picture of the stuff because it wasn't quite the same shade in reality as the pictures on the website, because the guy who contacted me wanted to make sure it was OK anyway. Reaching out to your customers like that is something that more online shoppers should follow.nnIn addition, my package was sent out very quickly, ordered Sunday evening, picked up Tuesday afternoon.nnThe website was easy to order from, the package was well packaged, everything in my order was correct. Nothing was broken when it arrived.nnSo if you are thinking of shopping here, don't worry about the negative reviews, they seem to be completely unjustified. I am super happy with my experience, and I will definitely shop here again in the future.

Ordered items that were claimed to be stock items to be delivered within 1-3 days and paid with Swish. After five days without having received any information about the tracking number/delivery notification, I tried to contact JagaMera via e-mail and phone but have not received a reply. Then emailed cancellation of order and requested refund but have not received any reply or refund despite repeated attempts to get in touch via email, phone and text. The case is now with the bailiff for collection.
