"Treningssenter med basseng. Basseng 16*9 meter samt treningsapperater for styrketrening og utholdenhet. De fleste faste medlemmer er voksne i alderen 50+, hvorav mange er pensjonister. Hyggelig miljø, avslappet og ujålete. Enkel gratis gateparkering fra inngangen og langs Torjusbakken."

I’ve been weightlifting and boxing with Seth for about a month now. He’s really good at helping build a strong base and then pushing you to keep improving from there. He knows how to motivate you, keep the workouts fun & challenging, and how to push you without overdoing it. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your skills, Seth’s got you covered! Highly recommend!
Seth is possibly the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had a somewhat regular fitness routine for the past 13 years, and in that time worked with three different trainers. When we first met up Seth asked what I wanted out of fitness, when I told him I wanted to strengthen my body, as well as have a trim physic he didn’t hesitate or try to talk me into anything outside of that. He listened and tailored his specialities to meet my needs. Learning boxing from someone as skilled as Seth was great, as he showed me strength I didn’t know I had, as well as encouraged me to push harder, always cheering me on when I wanted to stop. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that makes working out fun and not a competition, as well as a person who listens and encourages you towards and beyond your goal, Seth is your guy! PS: don’t let the face tattoos scare you, he’s a softy on the inside
Seth is a great coach. His years of experience really shows. I learned a lot of fundamentals, body memory, and timing in our sessions. My form got better immediately. He’s really good at pushing your edge without overloading information into the training. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to train combat sports are have a good work out. Super nice guy as well.
I was graced with boxing lessons from Seth, and not only is he a fantastic instructor - learning the craft integrated many techniques and muscles that I had never employed in any other athletic training. I am naturally not an aggresor. Seth created an environment where I felt safe to try new things. An added bonus is all the sweat equity I'd gain, even in a 45 minute session. For anyone new to boxing, be confident you're with a highly skilled and comfortable guide. 10/10 recommend.
Training with Seth was a great learning experience for me. I’ve trained for years in Muay Thai at various gyms and started getting into more traditional western style boxing and met Seth shortly after training in Thailand. His knowledge about other styles, not just western boxing, was impressive and his insight to clean my game up was invaluable. The work outs with him were tailored to my specific goals and we started with fundamentals and went from there. He met me right where I was at with my skill set and pushed me to grow. Beyond that, Seth is genuine, fun, personable, and just a really good person and solid dude. I would highly recommend him for anyone at any level
Seth is awesome, would highly recommend working with him if you’re interested in getting into boxing or working with a personal trainer! He’s a good listener and will work with you towards your goals, you’ll definitely get a good workout in and feel incredibly accomplished afterwards. He’s patient but will also challenge you to push yourself though not beyond what you’re comfortable with - we all need that sometimes!
Seth has a remarkable talent for meeting clients where they are in their fitness journey and adapting to their specific needs in order to help them develop. In my case, I started working with him at a point when I wasn’t working out at all, and not only did he give me the tools to build up my own regimen, he worked at a pace that felt safe and built up my confidence. We started with standard strength training, but the second I expressed an interest in boxing he grabbed an extra set of gloves and put me to work. Over the eighteen months that followed I got into the best shape of my life, and have a much greater focus on my health and fitness than ever before. I can confidently say that I would not have progressed to where I am now had I not spent the time with Seth that I did. If I still lived in Los Angeles, I’d still be a client.
Seth changed my life- having no boxing experience, terribly out of shape, and a shoulder injury to boot, I wasn’t able to do a proper push-up when we started. Inside 6 months we were able to get to full mobility, incredible cardio output, strength training beyond my initial hopes & most importantly- smashing through mental barriers. I showed up to get healthy, I learned how to BOX.
