This place has a very comfortable and homey atmosphere. The service is really good and everyone is super nice. They even have someone going around playing the accordion for each table. Great for big parties and families. However the food is mediocre at best. Portions are good, but not the most appetizing. Come for the vibes not the food.
I wish I could give them 10 stars!! They're so sweet and the food is just We got a salad and they gave us a side of garlic bread which is the best garlic bread I've eaten in my entire life!!! And the portions are huge for what they charge, it took two of us to finish the salad and we were full! And the servers were adorably concerned with us not eating enough aww Such warm sweet people, absolutely loved dining here! 10/10 would recommend

I hate to do this but a 4.7 is too high. This restaurant has no business being rated that well. If you’re from the East Coast, know that this food would just never be served. For my Marsala dish they gave me plain steamed vegetables with no seasoning and my chicken was already cut up so it looked like a massacred dish. The antipasto had cauliflower and pickles on it. My girlfriends veal was barely cooked. To top it all off, the tiramisu had chocolate and strawberry sauce which negated all coffee flavor and left it tasting like a too sweet ice cream sundae. I love the environment, people are nice too but I have my doubts that this place is run by actual Italians. Also no real Italian restaurant should be serving breakfast, it makes my stomach turn
Came here for dinner with the family after Universal. The portions were huge. Awesome atmosphere! Food was very deliciousMat: 4/5
Family friendly environment. Service was AMAZING!!!! The server brought slices of their PIZZAROSA to the table in place of bread. IT BLEW OUR PALATES AWAY WITH ITS FLAVOR!!!! We just had to have the whole dish for the meal. We barely looked at the menu and I couldn't tell you what's on there either. The wait for the food wasn't long either.For dessert we opted for the cheesecake. Oh, it was very rich in flavor. I must say this was an amazing meal. Parkering: Valet parking and it's free for guest.
Had an absolute blast at this place. Server Mark is awesome, but it was his last night there. Nice ambiance, live music with accordian and a guy on mandolin. The food was great- had pasta w red sauce and sausage. I enjoyed the nice rich authentic sauce which wasnt SWEET. Good portion size. Great place to meet and spend time wiith family and friends.
There are very few places in LA that you can get authentic Italian food and service with old-fashioned kindness and family orientation. I’ve never been there before but when I walked in, I felt like I had been there 100 times before the waiter was amazing. The waitress was so friendly. I felt like I knew her. You can’t go wrong with anything you order off the menu. The Chef is incredible they made Alfredo sauce fit for the Gods.
Always an amazing experience when visiting Palermo! Been visiting for over 20 years and will continue to drive out from the SF Valley to my favorite Italian restaurant. Thank you so much, Tony and company!Mat: 5/5
This was a dining experience. Everybody treated you like family. Actually nicer than family! The food was fantastic. Definitely the best lasagna I've ever had in my life. The rest of the family had pizza and fettuccine alfredo with chicken. All delicious.Mat: 5/5
