Yoga is an ancient indian technique which involves and improves every part of our selves: body, mind, emotions, level of energy and "spirit". Our Yoga classes are a combination of certain positions (asanas) conscious breath, relaxation and meditation, always focused in a "Tema" or purpose. The therapeutic perspective is very important for us, as method to have access to deeper parts of ourselves.
Every yoga class is an opportunity, every conscious breath is a step in our jorney and every day is a good day to discover or practice Yoga.
