The experience was overall good.nThe spa was great, staff friendly and attentive.nnReason to bring down the overall rating is solely based on the breakfast experience.nnCold food. Things not being refilled and dishes not being taken away.nHotel breakfast to me is one of the reasons for staying at a hotel and the last experience you'll have before checking out. So for that reason I'll have to give it a 3-star review
Really nice experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was nice, the spa was amazing, everything was perfect. This is a hotel that shows they care about their guests and they want you to have a good time staying there. Truly appreciate it.
A great choice in Södertälje!nStill very new and rooms are just impeccable with nice amenities and superb decoration and cleanness.nYou also find a very nice Italian kitchen plus a super cool bar well designed and play area.
Our family had two terrible nights in this hotel. We got two rooms in the different corridors. Both rooms didn’t have any windows!!! I have no idea based on what the receptionist has gave rooms for the family so far from each other and why neither of them had windows. The hotel didn’t look so full that he couldn’t find for us the better location to be able to check kids in their room without waking through two different corridors. And the question: what they have to do in case of emergency if the room has no other exits except one door. We have stayed very dissatisfied by the attitude and treatment from the hotel
Had a wonderful overnight stay here. My husband and I got the package that included brunch on arrival, spa access, a two course dinner, breakfast and late check out and it was so worth it! All of the food we had was exceptional. Super tasty with friendly service. We especially enjoyed the authentic Italian pizzas and the self serve gelato cart that was available at brunch and breakfast! The room we had was also very comfortable especially the bed and also had a sizeable bath which was appreciated. Our only complaint was that the windows in the room were a bit too thin and you can hear street noise - we were woken in the morning by construction next door on a Sunday? although not too early thankfully. We will be back again!
