Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel itself was well-maintained, the rooms were clean and it was very peaceful. After a long day of traveling, it was easy to relax. The included breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.
During my trip I have booked the hotel for swimming facilities. But unfortunately it's available between 9-12 morning time. Totally disappointed the marketing photos as swimming facilities. Please mention your time or not available. It's looking like scams. Bar facilities at 2nd floor as per notice in wall and lift. In reality, Bar is under construction. Please fix it and no more scams.
I stayed at the Best Western for two nights and was unfortunately quite disappointed. The building is very outdated and oddly laid out, which meant a lot of unnecessary walking between areas like the hotel room and the restaurant. Some parts seemed to be under renovation, but my room was not one of them.nnThe room itself felt very empty—besides a water kettle on the desk, there was nothing else. The bathroom was old and not very clean; there was visible mold between the tiles. There was no fridge or any basic amenities you'd usually expect.nnOn the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. But overall, the condition of the room and the building made the stay less comfortable than expected.
During breakfast, I took a little jar of overnight oats and to my horror there was a small patch of green and white fungus grown on it! I checked the other bowls and more two jars had the similar growth. Unfortunately I did not take photos but simply reported it to a manager who removed all milk products from the display.nnI wonder how stale the food quality could be and in what conditions it is stored.
