The hotel was slightly on the low score. The room looked quite tired and all 3 days that I stayed in bins in the room weren't emptied. No one came to check on towels either.nnThe staff was friendly so and the location was amazing, 1 min from central station and in the city centre.
Great hotel right in the centre of town. Location is excellent for walking. Rooms are done nicely and very spacious, breakfast has good options and the reception/bar area is good.nnThe fitness room is fairly simple, but well equipped.nnOnly slight negative is parking can be hit and miss with spaces and slightly confusing that half is hotel parking, half is paid for on an App. Make sure to check signsnnEDIT: As in the response, staff are super helpful on parking. And also in general, I should have commented on the excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful staff both at reception and the bar!
A well situated hotel, short walking distance to shops, train station and amenities.nStaff were all very welcoming, rooms well presented and comfortable bar lounge area - complete with shuffleboard for socializing.nThanks Quality Hotel for a great stay!
We arrived and it was a complete surprise for the staff that we needed a bed for the 3rd person, we had paid for, in our room.nThey did set up another bedset up means, just leaving it in the room unfoldedpicture.nAlso we obviously have paid extra for a room only suitable for 2 people.nWhen addressed to the staff they thought it was our problem since they were understaffed and lots of people were asking for extra beds.nI can not recommend this hotel for anyone.nThe restaurant was good, but by no means makes up for the lousy hotel experience.
Polite staff, affordable rooms, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Stayed there for 2 nights and would definitely return. The hotel is close to the train station as well if you want to travel up to Stockholm and then come back to relax at the hotel room. I liked that you also got your own kettle and mugs there and a selection of teas as well as some instant coffee and a mini fridge. Overall a great experience!
