Every staff is friendly and helpful. You feel very welcome to stay here. We really love the GYM, it is rare to see barbel rack, heavy weight dumbbells and leg press in the hotel gym. The room doesn’t have the capsule machine, fridge and kettle but I can always go to the breakfast area to fill my water. The breakfast selection wise, they have different yoghurt and milks cater to lactose intolerant people. They have lot of bread. The main dishes are scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages and hard/soft boiled eggs. We would prefer them to have salmon or mackerel fish for the cold cut everyday. They only had the mackerel fish on Wednesday. The coffee machine is outdated so the coffee is rather diluted.nThe bathroom doesn’t have the plug though so we had to charge our electric toothbrush at the desk.nThe location of the hotel is near most of attractions and the malls. It is so convenient to have lunch and dinner nearby.
The hotel is strategically located, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a relaxing environment after a long day.nnThe ambience is excellent, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. It truly offers great value for money, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. I sincerely hope the hotel maintains its current pricing, as it’s one of the few places that balances affordability with comfort so well.
We visit in a inter weekend and not many stay customer but many drinks or dine in the restaurant. Station behind and takes 3 min to walk. Friendly place.
We had a wonderful stay here, nothing to complain about.
The hotel was slightly on the low score. The room looked quite tired and all 3 days that I stayed in bins in the room weren't emptied. No one came to check on towels either.nnThe staff was friendly so and the location was amazing, 1 min from central station and in the city centre.
