Unfortunately, a pretty bad experience overall and unwillingness to listen to the patient. Since 2017, I have had high blood pressure with major shortcomings in follow-up and action. To prescribe medication without any testing, follow-up or planning and also to be met by a new person every time, honestly feels beyond all criticism. When you then copy old medical records rather than listen to the patient, well ... then it feels downright useless.

A fantastic health center a few years ago. Doctor Malin saved me and made me understand that I had a serious exhaustion depression in 2014 and good support when my daughter took her own life in 2015. I have since received help for minor ailments. In rehab this year I have received incredibly good help after a fracture requiring rehab. But what has happened to the rest of the VC. The chat is deplorable. How can you chat when you are working? I have probably hit a wall again and am having difficulty taking in information, so we will chat. If I need a cortisone injection in my shoulder, I will be sent back to the physiotherapist with whom I have already discussed this.nWhat has Capio done with a previously well-functioning VC? The nurses are still outstanding.

Incredibly nonchalant and disinterested treatment by Dr. S. 17-year-old son with back problems for 8 years. Seeked help at capio many times. How can you not even try to solve a pain problem in a child?nA private orthopedic surgeon has now given him a diagnosis, cracks in three discs. Can be seen on an MRI if you look closely.
