Customer service/Cash staff leave a lot to be desired. On two different visits I have been dissatisfied. The first time I wanted help with pipe connections and got the wrong stuff with me even though I explained my case carefully to the seller. Created extra work and problems for me.nThe second time I wanted help with a blender and got help from a disinterested half-arrogant salesperson. You don't immediately feel like coming back.nThink about which staff will deal with the customers and choose people who know service.nn2020-09-09: Raises the rating a little after better treatment and expertise. Keep it up.
