The taste and size were inferior to clams I bought last weekend from another supplier. Weak mussel flavor and smaller mussels. All delivered in a package of laminated wood read plywood covered with a single color print on the side of the oven. The packaging is composed of a plastic-coated steel wire and with some wood wool on the inside. Finally tied together with plastic tape. A senseless and irresponsible waste of resources to play on some kind of genuine fisherman uncle feeling. An obvious disadvantage is that it is also not possible to see the condition/size of the mussels. There will be no more mussels from Orust Shellfish.

Don't know much about the company, but mussels, oysters, and shellfish are Orust's soul. Wishing you every success
