Apoteket Linden

Worst pharmacy!! I placed an order on their website with express. Two hours passed without me receiving any text message that my order was ready to be picked up, even though it was supposed to be ready WITHIN two hours. Even though the text message never came, I went to the pharmacy and asked about my order. They had not had time to assemble the order and could not do it when I was there even though there was only one product in my order. However, the woman at the checkout could spend 5 minutes canceling my order instead of picking up my product which had taken her a maximum of 1 minute. I would rather spend my money at another pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened at Apotek Linden in Bollebygd and I will not be going here again. Do not have express as an option when you do not have the opportunity to pack the order. Terribly bad!!

The door is locked at 5:59 PM. The staff stands there looking at me without opening or even asking if I'm in need. Do you think people come to you to buy coffee? I was in need of medicine but was met by staff with zero service sense. I wouldn't call them pharmacists.

Pleasant staff, good competence and efficient.

Expect to wait in line for 30 minutes every time you need to fill a prescription.
