Apoteket Landvetter

It says online that the pharmacy is open until 3pm on Saturdays. When I got there at 2.05pm, there was a note on the door that today we close at 2pm!

Ordered via click & collect, for some reason the order came wrong and it ended up in Landvetter I don't live nearby and have never been there. I thought it wouldn't be a big problem because I thought I could just call there and tell them that something was wrong. But I've been trying to reach the store for 3 weeks now. Almost impossible to get to the pharmacy's customer service, once I get there they ask me to wait so I can try to call the store to cancel the order. But they never get to the store, and then ask me to call back at a later time. Where it just starts all over again. I tried emailing and telling them my problem in the hope of getting help, they then tell me that they can only help me by phone and that I have to call customer service which I've already tried for several weeks but they haven't been able to help me and that's why I'm emailing instead... Then I got in touch with someone who said that he would solve this by calling the store until they answer WITHOUT me having to call them first, because I can't keep calling them all the time all day. Great, I thought. I haven't received any feedback, but today an invoice arrived for the order that I've been trying to cancel for three weeks and which I haven't picked up. So I suspect that he still hasn't managed to reach the store. I finally call customer service and reach the store and get help from a very accommodating woman who FINALLY helps me cancel the order and the invoice. A thousand thanks to this woman. But I think they should review their system for handling this type of case. Two stars because of all the hassle. But glad it was finally resolved. Mvh

Keeping it closed for 5 days for inventory is absolutely insane. Poorly informed, had to go there to be met with a note on the door. It's always slow at pharmacies but in Landvetter they must have had lazy training.. often unpleasant and overbearing. Everyone except 1 person because she is very nice and kind!

Some days it is very crowded but usually it runs pretty well. Clean and nice friendly staff is what a pharmacy should be.
