Extremely slow. Instead of working away from the customers faster, they walk and drag their feet behind them so that the queue gets longer and longer. Regardless of the time of day, it always takes a long time to get help. It has happened several times that I leave there after a couple of minutes and buy Ipren or whatever it might be at Hemköp instead. Sad and boring atmosphere and never anyone smiling. Then something that may not be unique to this particular pharmacy is how they speak loudly and openly to people about their prescriptions so that everyone can hear but it is very private. Really bad actually.

Don't write reviews on places but when I've experienced rude staff and bad service SEVERAL times I have to write. I can buy a bad experience, you can have a bad day, but when you've experienced the same thing several times/every time I've been with you, I have to write. Terribly rude staff EVERY time I come to buy something. Would rather go to a pharmacy in Kungsbacka than here in Onsala. The service is incredibly bad and the attitude of the staff is not okay. It's not hard to be nice and smile a little.

It would be good if your opening hours agreed with the website. Today, Saturday 23/12, a normal Saturday, it was closed and many people, including me, were yanking at the door.nIt can't be like that, I needed medicine for the long weekend.

Always fantastic service and help, so grateful they always go the extra mile.

Good pharmacy with nice employees. Well sorted and competent boss. Everyone speaks English here. Prices a little higher than here but that's Scandinavia. I can recommend the pharmacy, especially if you have a minor aches and pains and need something.
