The staff should take a course in how to treat customers.nThey don't read the recipes carefully.nA lot of carelessness and ignorance.nAsked for some spray that relieves a sore throat/cold. Be clear that it must be vegan Fish allergy.nThe staff collected Coldzyme, I paid and went home.nWhen I got home, I tested it, which led to an allergic shock.nnSo read up and don't trust the staff 100% like I did.

Picked up a prescription there on the way past Ullared. Then the pharmacist changed one of the products to a cheaper variant WITHOUT asking or mentioning it to me! Can you even do that? I only saw it in the evening on the little sticky note when I was going to use the product. I have to blame myself this time for trusting the pharmacist to ask me before she changed my medicine, and for not reading all the little notes on every package. Never again Apoteksgruppen in Ullared!
