I only go here if it's really necessary. Unhelpful and gives incorrect information. I had to contact TLV who was amazed and would reprimand the staff regarding how they refused to exchange medicines within the benefit.

Incredibly slow and nonchalant when I was there last. I chose to shop elsewhere. Two staff, one of whom took care of the prescriptions and the other stood looking at the papers if no buyers came in. We had to wait over half an hour while the prescription clerk talked about all sorts of things at a snail's pace with the customer who had a prescription.nnIn normal stores or pharmacies, you usually try to hurry up a bit at least, or apologize for taking time, not look sour and work even slower when you hear that the customer is calling to explain that they will be late for the next place.nnA customer before us took over half an hour.
