Ordered prescription medication for pickup at a pharmacy. Waited 5 hours without receiving a text message that the order could be picked up. Called and sat on the phone line for an hour without anyone answering. How dare you be so bad when there are competitors?
Waiting time even if the place is empty. Now I always go to the neighboring village.
Bad service if you get the wrong person to help you with your prescriptions. Suddenly you are required to show private plane tickets if you are registered abroad. Violating privacy, rude and no sense of helping. There are other pharmacies!
