Got the wrong medicine, didn't open the package the next day wanted to change to the real one but it doesn't work, said they cost several hundreds of SEK, miserable, won't use them and do more, note pensioner hasn't done so well, so won't go there anymore

Great staff. Very nice, always takes time for the customer and they are never stressed, at least not so the customer notices it, even though my mother who likes the staff in the store and my mamrna talk about everything between neurobiology, their paintings and show cards to both children and animals that most of the time and even though the staff may not always be interested, they always make time for mom and are always patientnand tells about it even than the other whichnprobably won't find the staff. But there are always plenty of staff so the waiting time is short despite many people in the store, a good range of both dietary supplements, skin/hair care and some make-up. But 5 stars go to the staff for their knowledge, calmness, patience and kindness no matter what. The Securitas store guard is also a nice guy who greets and says goodbye to everyone.

I bought what I needed, but the staff at the checkout didn't answer when I said hello and wasn't immediately friendly.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff nevertheless helpful.nBut this must be Sweden's slowest pharmacy.nDon't want to say that the staff are lethargic or anything but slow..nBe prepared to wait in line...
