God service....
Well-stocked pharmacy with several pharmacists and a queuing system for prescriptions. Always some nice sale items on offer. Happy, friendly and knowledgeable staff who serve in the best way.nEasy to park the car right outside Apoteket Kronan. Wheelchair-friendly entrance. Possibility to easily order medicine via Apotek Kronan's own app and then pick it up at Apoteket Kronan, Henån.
Wrong location. There was no entrance to the store from that road. It was on the street below.
This time too I have to go to the pharmacy on Almön because the prescription medicine that I have had for 30 years is not available. Furthermore, to be treated, once again, by staff who are condescending feels insulting. A positive and accommodating attitude from the staff is missing.
It is completely unacceptable not to have a common blood pressure medication in stock and then have the guts to blame it on you having changed computer systems. Then learn the new computer system before you go to work. Luckily, there is Apotea.se. Never again will I bother you at Kronans Apotek in Henån.
