Small, limited assortment. Friendly staff.
I was at Apotek Hjärtat Ljungskile for a bit of an emergency with an infection and the doctor I had seen in Gothenburg had missed sending the prescriptions. This was of course on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get hold of anyone at the clinic. The pharmacy staff really did their utmost and after several calls managed to get hold of someone who in turn contacted the doctor who had gone home and finally the prescriptions came in. Very happy with this fantastic service that saved the situation, so I got my medicine. A big THANK YOU!
There is nothing wrong with the location, I tried to call and got to some call center where they answered the pharmacy heart and 17 minute queue..nWorthless
Small pharmacy that has what you need. Absolutely fantastic staff. I have probably never been greeted with such warmth and felt so welcome at any other pharmacy, ever.
