Some of your staff would really need to take a course in customer service and tact! I ordered goods at 13:24 via the web! Since I was nearby, I went into the pharmacy just after 14. Grumpily, she took the product back and said I'll have to wait for the text message! Went home and a few minutes later at 14.24 I received a text saying the order was ready! Idiot deluxe! Note there weren't many at the pharmacy at the time!
