Not different from any other Apotek pharmacy.. kind stuff, I think there are so everywhere.. found some promotions and discounts, maybe by luck only ..

Very happy with the accuracy! I've never had a pharmacy double check my dose or medication or interactions before, even though that should be the norm. It takes a little extra time but is worth it, especially if you have several different doctors and different medications - nice to be able to be sure it's correct.

The absolute slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. But it seems like they've improved lately. It still doesn't compare, since I can run into any pharmacy and be out again in 5 minutes despite having many prescriptions, at ONE prescription counter instead of the 3 they have in Alvesta.

Some of your staff really need to take a course in customer service and tact! I ordered goods at 1:24 PM online! Since I was nearby, I went into the pharmacy just after 2:00 PM. Asked for the product that she brought! I then told her that I ordered online but since I was still passing by, I would see if I could get it when I was there! Angrily she took the product back and said I would have to wait for the text message! I went home and a few minutes later at 2:24 PM, a text message came saying that the order was ready! Idiocy deluxe! Note that there weren't many people at the pharmacy at the time!

Was refused to pick up a prescription for my daughter because we had withdrawn four times. This despite the fact that five withdrawals had been written and prescribed that way. Never had any problems at our regular pharmacy. In addition, there was a sad attitude from the staff.
