Some of your staff would really need to take a course in customer service and tact! I ordered goods at 13:24 via the web! Since I was nearby, I went into the pharmacy just after 14. Asked for the product that she brought! Then told her that I ordered online, but since I still had the roads past, I would see if I could get it when I was there anyway! Grumpily, she took the product back and said I'll have to wait for the text message! Went home and a few minutes later at 14.24 I received a text saying the order was ready! Idiot deluxe! Note there weren't many at the pharmacy at the time!
Don't really know why I go to this pharmacy every now and then. Perhaps some form of self-injurious behavior is involved with this queuing. 40 minutes to pick up a prescription.
Was refused to pick up a prescription for the daughter because we had taken out four times. This despite the fact that five withdrawals were prescribed and prescribed as such. Never any problems at our regular pharmacy. In addition, there was a sad attitude of the staff.
Unfortunately, the quality of staff has deteriorated, missed orders for prescription medicines and poor customer awareness of the size of packages.
