Attendo Hemvård Helsingborg

They kept on mistreating my mother no matter how much we complained, and left her hungry, said make food yourself, she tried to make food, fell and broke her knee in the kitchen, even though they get paid well to serve her.

Unfortunately completely lousy!! My fingers are not long enough to count the number of times Attendo misbehaved regarding my mother. They forgot to lock the medicine box, didn't check that she was taking her medicine, gave out medicine for several days even though they weren't supposed to which resulted in mom taking everything at once and it could have gone really bad and when she should have company at lunchtime, they threw the food into the microwave then left again. In and out of the apartment in no time!!!! The worst part is that they don't listen! They have received all this criticism a thousand times and then they quickly apologize and then the same thing happens again, time and time again!!!!

Some of the staff treat people in a bad and racist way. They are not professional and lack empathy. They are not worthy of being called healthcare professionals.

Fantastic employees with the best of staff at heart.
