Attendo Hemvård Helsingborg

They kept on mistreating my mother no matter how much we complained, and left her hungry, said make food yourself, she tried to make food, fell and broke her knee in the kitchen, even though they get paid well to serve her.

Unfortunately, absolutely terrible!! My fingers are not enough to count the number of times Attendo has misbehaved with my mother. They have forgotten to lock the medicine drawer, not checked that she takes her medicine, left out medicine for several days even though they were not allowed to do so which resulted in my mother taking it all at once and it could have gone really badly and when she was supposed to have company at lunchtime they threw the food in the microwave and then left again. In and out of the apartment in no time!!!! The worst thing is that they don't listen! They have received all this criticism a thousand times and then they quickly apologize and then the same thing happens again, time and time again!!!!

Fantastic employees with the best of the staff at heart.
