I ordered a photo book almost a year ago and they sent me the wrong size. The reclamation process was ok and I got the right product soon enough. This spring I was contacted by debt collectors because BGA group had accidentally forgot to cancel the payment for the returned item. So even though I payed for the product itself, I still got a fine for not paying for the returned item. I contacted BGA to get some kind of confirmation of the return twice but they never got back to me. Wouldn't say the customer service is on point Thankfully I got the fine sorted out with the debt collectors and didn't have to pay it.nnOn a positive note, the product itself was beautiful and returning the item Since they didn't send me the item I had ordered was easy enough. All in all a lot of trouble for a pretty photo book.

I ordered a frame and got it in Helsinki in 48 hours! The frame was properly packed and exactly as promised; very good quality for affordable price. Recommended!

Local photography shop with nice staff and fast service. I took photos for visa. They can also print stuff. It was really handy on several occasions when I was in a hurry, as I don't have a printer at home.

Trouble cancelling an order. They didn't respond quickly and didn't remove the order. Had to pay for it even though they got info 1 week before the did the order that I didn't want the pictures.

Fast and very professional, highly recommend them for all photo needs
