The biggest problem with the NetOnNet store in Karlstad is the mix of new and old products, sitting next to each other on the shelves. For an uninitiated customer, you'd have to rely on the staff, but as is common in today's stores, staff is seriously uninformed about the products they sell. It is possible to find great prices if you know exactly what you need, but the risk of getting something bad is really high.nThis store has a quirk in that it may sell an item, but no spare parts for it brushes for vacuum cleaners, spare cords for the phone brands they sell....nThe two stars I award them comes from staff being friendly, plus the possibility of actually finding a really good deal from time to time.

Good customer service. I usually identify an item on their website and pick it up from their bervik branch.

We always have a long way to Karlstad and when we have not enough time it is so comfortable to buy everything we need quikly and have lunch at the same place before coming back.
