Very dissatisfied!nnFirst they sold my ordered TV to someone else by mistake and then they gave me another model in exchange but it was defected.nnI wanted to return the defected tv to them since I have the 30 days open purchase, but they told me I can’t return it to them and they accused me for causing damage to the TV during the transportation while they didn’t have any evidences to support their claim!!!!!nnVery unprofessional customer support service!

I was there to buy OnePlus phone and it was a nice experience to interact with the staff over there and they were really responsible and honest with their views they gave us a good feedback on the phone subscription so it was overall a good experience I would prefer buying any electrical device from there, it was a big store and I hope to be there again so thanks again for this experience

A very big electronic store with a huge variety of products and options to choose from. I bought a pair of true wireless earphones which didn't fit in my ears well so I returned them after about ten days. It was very easy and straight forward.

Elgiganten staff convinced me to buy their 'Moderna Trygghetsavtal' so I bought it and I paid 3,278 sek as 2 years insurance for my MacBook Pro 2020.nModerna refused to cover a damage and repair it ' the rubber bezel is coming off and it soon will affect the screen function'. Their argument is that the laptop still works!!! and it is a consuming damage!!!! I have never heard of a consuming damage that happens to Macbook pro laptops rubber bezel since I have been using apple laptops for more than 10 years.nI know there is no point to appeal their decision because they know you cannot stand their time gamr.nSo my very honest advice is try to avoid this company 'Moderna' or at least their product 'Trygghetsavtal' since I have never had such a silly ignorant assessment of such a staff who is trying to play smart to not pay what they have to pay you.nthumb down to Elgiganten for convincing people to buy the useless Moderna trygghetsavtal.nTrygghetsavtal is a big lie of both Elgiganten and Moderna!nnRegards,na very disappointed customer
