Bistro Rödesund

A hidden germ in the heart of Karlsborg! Bistro Rödesund welcomed us to a Swedish culinary journey over 3 courses, and managed to top them all! Excellent fish dishes and a vego-burger out of this world, were all amazing. The staff and the environment were top notch too. Worth visiting!

Had a superb evening at this little local restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is outstanding.nThe interior design is so nice, the toilet is a huge plus.nWe had beef tartar and a fish dish with red resp. white wine.nAll the flavors are there. Both dishes are very well balanced, though I wouldn't mind a little bit more meat in my tartar. The fish was cooked perfectly!nThis really is a place worth a visit. Again, the service you get is wonderful.nThanks for an amazing evening!

We came to the bistro/restaurant after reading the enthusiastic reviews.nnThe food was ok, on the fancy side. Some of the personnel was quite pleasant.nHowever I feel that for the money spent there are details to be desired.

Really nice little place with really good lunch of the day type of thing. The price to quality and size is ridiculous in the good way. Warmly recommends this place and will be back if we ever come back to the area
