Another of those little gems hidden in plain sight. Excellent quality food, few but enough dishes for everyone to have something they want.nWines are ok, matching suggestions with food is needed.nThe service was very slow, which takes the rate down by one star. The lady was however very nice and accomodating.nWith those prices I expect better attentiveness and speed.

The jewel of Vadstena, at least as far as food goes. Tastefully decorated, welcoming owners and imaginative dishes that never fail to delight. Book this place you won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere was nice and cozy, but the most outstanding part was definitely the food! I would say the portions were a bit on the small side for the price, but they were really, really delicious so that more than made up for it! Absolutely a place I would recommend. Once again I send my complements to the chef

We didn't have a reservation, but they welcomed us anyway and made a place for us at the bar. The service was excellent, food was great. And for all tourists; they speak english!
