They must be one of the worst clinics. They never have time, they never inform people correctly like on changing their physical place!! and the attitude of receptionists are definitely the worst! Really need to educate themselves on how to treat people.

I was told to wait, I’ve waited approximately 45 just to see a nurse. The nurse pretended not to understand or didn’t know a drug I hope she pretended not to understand claiming “we don’t have this drug in Sweden”. Consequently, I showed her a drug from several Swedish pharmacies. She went out and asked her colleagues approximately 7 times. She later came back and said “You need to wait”. I waited for another 55 minutes. Then I went to the receptionist, already annoyed, asking her how long I need to wait for a simple prescription. She told me that the doctor would be free at 14.30 it was 12.50 and told me to wait.nAs a consequence, I had to go to the emergency room for a simple prescription!nnThe second time, during the COVID-19 vaccination, the nurse took my self-declaration of health and literally, in front of me, threw it into the trash can. She inoculated me the shot without even asking me for allergies or other effects which I had during the first dose. I didn’t even have the time to understand what was happening and I ended up with a needle in my arm. Later on, Capio Vårdcentral told that she wasn’t one of their nurses despite 1177.se said differently.nnAvoid this place! They seriously need either to prepare better their staff or shut down for better.

They Will do anything not to see you. They Will charge you for a chat in order to book an appointment and they try and push you off to other clinics. They have some friendly personnel but the doctors them selves are very rude. Literally go anywhere else
