Drivers seem to be self employed and deliver your parcel only when they feel like, UPS is a great company but when it comes to this UPS VASTERAS is nightmare, UPS have to look into this depo, formal detailed complaints already sent directly to UPS.
Every package I have ever had sent to me via UPS has always ended up being marked as attempted to deliver. Thing is, I work from home, not once has UPS actually tried to deliver any of these packages. Their drivers are either incompetent or lazy and would rather drop off all the packages at one pick up point forcing the customers to travel to pick them up instead of getting the delivery they paid for.
UPS has delivered an exceptionally poor experience. The company provided misleading information about delivery times and failed to notify about delays. The package was neither delivered to home nor to a nearby location; instead, it remained at their facility for 10 to 15 days without any action, ultimately forcing me to travel there to retrieve it. This was incredibly frustrating and highly unreliable.nnI strongly do not recommend their service.nDate of experience: May 28, 2025
Ordered golf clubs from UK. Package was split in 2 deliveries. One with DHL and one with UPS. DHL delived 26th June. UPS delivery time was same date. UPS slept on the delivery for one week and it was out for delivery today from Vasteras in Sweden. I stayed home to be shure to be available. Right now reseved an update were UPS said delivery os rescheduled for another date. Really disappointed with UPS. Very unprofessional of UPS. Shame on them.
Ordered something from the UK and paid the import fee's. Been told delivery has failed due to fee's not paid. After proving the fee's have been paid they are saying the address doesn't exist. After proving the address exists they've basically shrugged their shoulders and now the item is just being held at the warehouse... Awful company
