I loved the hotel, and the breakfast even more! I stayed with my family for 3 days to see Stockholm. I can say it's one of the best hotels I have chosen. The rooms are very clean and modern; you can tell it's a new hotel. The shower was spectacular with its two showerheads, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best part of all. There's a lot of variety, with cheeses, hams, eggs, a delicious bacon, granola, cereals, fruits, sausages, meatballs, coffee, hot chocolate, and everything tastes delicious! Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Even though it is far from Stockholm, getting there by metro is perfect, with about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is inside a very large and beautiful shopping center.
Clean and fresh with friendly and helpful staff. Good price, but you get what you pay for. The soundproofing is poor – you can hear both the corridor and the neighbors, and the doors shake when others close theirs. The bed was okay but wobbled strangely. Chromecast was available, but some lights didn’t work. Breakfast was disappointing 4/10. The gym was small and nice but placed in a glass box, which felt odd. The surroundings Kista bring the overall impression down. Fine for one night, but not a hotel we would choose again as a first option.
I had to stay one night in the region and chose Aiden by Best Western Stockholm Kista.nnFirst Impressions:nThe entrance area in front of the hotel was under construction, which didn’t give the best first impression. Inside, I was surprised to find that check-in was done via an electronic kiosk rather than at a traditional counter. Fortunately, a very friendly staff member was present to assist, which made the process smoother.nnThe Room:nUnfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. It was extremely small and had no windows. The bed was short and narrow, and there was no power socket nearby to charge my phone. Additionally, there was no hanger for my coat. On the positive side, the bathroom was nicely designed, although it lacked a towel for the floor.nnValue for Money:nI wouldn’t be so critical if this had been a budget hotel. However, at 1498 SEK per night including breakfast, I expected significantly more. The main issue here is the poor value for money.
Neat, clean, good sized room. No a/c, and the entry to the hotel looks a bit rough outside. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is big, and so far no complaints other than the lack of a/c and the sound of the road outside coming through the open windows.
The WORST hotel I have ever been!!!! First of all, the room was small; the double size bed was small as well and we could barely fit with my wife. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all, I don't even want to mention her lack of basic etiquette. And here comes the literal worst part: who is building the rooms in the MIDDLE of the dining room?!?!?! I understand that they want to make profit somehow, but this is a terribly greedy and cheap way to be honest. We couldn't sleep at night time, because some guests were drinking outside and they were really loud AND in the morning we woke up automatically at 7 for the other guests eating and talking meanwhile the breakfast, since our door was facing the tables right away...nThe only reason I am giving a one star review is because I can't give a big 0!! I can't recommend this 'hotel' to anyone!
