The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. However, it was quite warm inside, and both the fridge and the ventilation were a bit noisy. Breakfast was fine overall, but surprisingly this was the first hotel in Scandinavia I’ve stayed at with no fish at all.
The personnel in every department is always very friendly. And I have never had any issues while staying I am visiting quarterly.nnThe only issue is the scrambled eggs for breakfast. That is the most important breakfast item for me and here it is not good, so please can you look into that?
It is a nice hotel, but not in the best area of Stockholm. Having business in the area of Kista then it is good.
Last year around Christmas we spent 10 days in Stockholm to visit family and spent the night in this Scandic Kista hotel. What a wonderful time we had there. The welcome and service during the entire period was excellent. Breakfast was a delight every morning, prepared and served by an unforgettable host and chef. He talked passionately about his work and served you pancakes and a shot. The beds were good and everything was nice and clean. And don't forget, playing pool every day after breakfast.nWe enjoyed it immensely!nnKind regards, brothers Michail and Arie
A very good hotel in Kista with great location. Breakfast is good. Rooms especially the corner ones have a good view. Kista Galleria and Kista Science city are right in front.nnRooms are interestingly themed.nnService is not satisfactory, though, which is common in most Swedish hotels. If you need any crockery, you need to come down and fetch it. You need to carry your luggage yourself.nnOverall, a good hotel.
