Everything was really nice, the staff was always there remaining at disposal. There are few people who were really nice to us. Thank you Yakki, Graca and Zozan for making our stay really remarkable. At the Spa reception there was an lady who I believe is Thai I dont know her name but she was also really nice and kind. Thank you also for surprising my roommate for her birthday, it was a small gesture which meant a lot to her. Also big thanks to Kia for borrowing me a lighter! The rooms are really nice and the bathroom is stunning. We had few issues with a TV in the room it was not possible to connect a Netflix due to the room being “not checked in” 9308 for some reason, but tbh the staff is so good and kind that I can not complain. The breakfast - perfect. They were renovating the restaurant and bar area so I was a little bit sad because there was no vanilla yogurt which I ate first 2 mornings, but as well, never mind. Thank you one more time for making our stay in Stockholm so nice.nnDear voco Stockholm - Kista by IHG team, thank you one more time for everything and kindest regards from Zagreb, Croatia
Really Enjoyed to the fullest my Birthday Weekend in Stockholm.nFrom the moment I entered the hotel I was made so welcome got upgraded to a top floor King Room.nnDinner I loved and staff were ever so attentive and shout out to Kia and the other Latina Waitress.nnEnjoyed my cocktail too post dinner. Loved the Toast SkagennBreakfast was delicious also. Loved the Traditional Pickled Herring and Mustard Herring .nnThe Spa was very relaxing and was a excellent start to the day on my first whole day.nnCan't wait to book another stay with the Voco Stockholm Kista and it will be hard to elebate the bar at another Voco.
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was a great experience! We got a small room with breakfast and spa included. The room was super clean and comfortable. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We also used the hot tub and the pool. The only downside was that the sauna and steam room did not work, which was unfortunate. We were allowed for a late check out for free to spend more time in the pool though.nnThe hotel itself is located in nice, quiet area. It took us about 20 mins to get there from ARN by train, and roughly the same to get to the city center by metro.
Not centrally located but easy accessible from railwail station and subway. Nice Spa where you can relax after a day out. Yakki at reception is nice and helpful. We had dinner once and we enjoyed both food and service
Easy walk to the mall and, thereby, metro system giving access to the best of Stokholm. Also easy to get to and from by hired car. Friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, and well-appointed rooms. The gym is excellent, didn't try the Spa. Would gladly stay again.
