I made an appointment for troubleshooting my hard drive when it went bad.nThe weeks went by and I called twice to get an update on how things were going. Just lame excuses for not having started the bike.nThe sixth week I went there and pointed out the seriousness of wanting feedback on the condition. They never came back.nWeek seven at the workshop the cup ran out and I picked up the bike in exactly the same condition it was in when I dropped it off seven weeks earlier, so they haven't touched it in seven weeks because they never heard from me.nTo top it off, they gave me the wrong Fuelpak when I picked up the bike, I got a text message about that an hour later. Not even a call that time. So I got another poor customer's tuner to take home with me...nNo apology, no explanation for why the whole situation turned out the way it did, just nothing.nChoose another workshop where both you as customers and your bikes are treated with care and respect, because you won't find that here!
