WORST CAR WORKSHOP in Karlstad! I had an accident with a deer and needed a basic repair of my car. After I received the invoice I already thought that is is quite a lot of money but afterwards I realized that they didn't even repair small simple things and didn't check properly which led to that I had to go to another car workshop again to get these things fixed two times. Now knowing from other mechanics that the price they charged was far from reality, I just want to warn you guys here. Don't go there!
The car was left after a crash, it was decided that it should be redeemed and not repaired. Had three extra lights and a light ramp that was not included in the insurance. Ask Autoskadar if I should bring the extra lights because I didn't know if the insurance paid for the lights he on Car damage, I thought I should leave them and ask the insurance, the lights weren't included when I went to pick up the lights a few days later, they were gone, they were in black bags so you couldn't see what they were. New price extra lights and ramp SEK 9900, they were 2 months old. never leave the car there again.
Been to many places but this is probably the worst of all in terms of customer service, Unpleasant place, choose something else if you have the opportunity..nIf it wasn't for the insurance job, I would never have filed there..
Several weeks before inspection of my damages on my car. When the rag stopped, the place seems like a sinking bomb. Will never go there again.
Unfortunately after three weeks I had to take my car to another car repair shop because they have no time and bad customer service
