Been very positive, as everything has been uncomplicated and fast.nUnfortunately they claim they changed the cabin filter - which was not on the bill they forgot to charge Oct. 24.nHad to change now because of full of birch seeds, from bill to discovery - October to early July. A little irritated!!!
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this workshop. I called about a clanking noise in the rear. I then went there so they could take a look at the car. I found out that the shock absorbers were out of stock.nI ordered my own shock absorbers very good that you can bring your own material!.nI was unsure if the shock absorbers would fit my car so I went there again so they could check if the shock absorbers would really fit and according to the workshop they did.nOnce the car was handed in, the workshop called and said they didn't fit. Okay, boring I thought but they had shock absorbers at home that they could install. No big deal.nnWhen I go to pick up the car after closing, the key is not in the agreed place so I have to call the owner's house. No big deal as he is there within 2 minutes and can give me the key.nnWhen I then see the invoice, it says a remark: rear spring broken. So it was the spring that caused the clunking and not the shock absorbers. I think maybe they could have mentioned that the spring was broken over the phone.nn5000kr poorer with the same fault remaining and a pair of shock absorbers that I can't use.nnMaybe I was just unlucky?
I would honestly recommend the entire county to come here instead of the big brand workshops. Classic workshop, honest and friendly service and the feeling that they actually make an effort for you. It only gets better when they don't charge exorbitant prices for any parts.
