Overpriced and too commercialised. Visit and support the smaller huts or even their competitors instead where you do not have to pay to see how glass is made.
This was one of the best tourist experiences we’ve had so far in our lives!! Perhaps mainly thanks to the instructor from Maryland who did such a great job!! So positive, skilled and patient, and such beautiful and personal glasses that we were able to bring with us afterwards!
It was a pleasant little Christmas fair, with many interesting things and a beautiful glass exhibition.
The Christmas market is absolutely fantastic!!! Lots of different little stalls with everything from sweets, sausages and mustard to crafts and lotteries!nA small fir-maze that leads to Santa's workshop, cozy for both children and adults.nThere are even some carousels for the children, and lots of fun things like balloon animals and face painting!nThere are several fires both with and without roofs & walls where you can warm yourself. And several cafes if you want to go in for a while.nAlways snow and lots of lights and decorations everywhere!nIt is simply the best place to get the Christmas spirit going! Well worth the entrance fee! Even though we were only there for an hour.
Been here several times and a clear deterioration since last time, not nearly as committed staff, seemed in a hurry.nAlso REALLY want to warn about shipping. We had relatives with us from the USA. They had 3 things shipped home at a cost of almost 1000kr which was paid on the spot to Kosta. But they never received the things because Kosta had filled in the shipping incorrectly so it was returned. After contact it was sent again and this time it arrived. But now our relatives had to pay 4000kr to get their things out of the post office!!nNever again this experience.
