Small room like a hostle, no view do to placement and construction. Brecfast nerby in an other facillity. Nice breakfast. Near the castle and shopping. You can hear the neighbors. Selfeopening elevaror.
This is a lousy hotel from 1980's. There is nothing 'grand' or 'Elite stora' about this accomodation.nnRooms have been renovated maybe 1980's or 1990's, inheriting an ancient layout. There is no AC and room temperature gets hot even during Swedish April.nnRoom curtains are a bad joke, and the bright sunlight wakes you up before 6 AM, lighting up the room. As a cherry on the cake, there is loud shouting noise from terrace bars passing the ancient windows until very late.nnBreakfast was quite OK, 3,5/5.nnThis hotel is however a total bummer.nnAvoid at any cost.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the building itself is well-maintained and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and I loved that there was a pub on-site—perfect for unwinding in the evenings. But the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely awesome, with a great variety of delicious options that set a perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
Premium price for a non premium service. Very two star hotel, not better. Breakfast was in a pub nearby during renovations that were not mentioned at any stage of the booking. There are much better options at this price.
We stayed here for 2 nights in October. Very reasonably priced. Had a lovely stay here to explore the area. Staff in hotel and particularly in the adjoining bar were super.. very personable and the food was great. Would recommend.
