Please arrange for the hotel’s windows and glass surfaces to be cleaned, because the condition of the glass throughout the hotel is simply terrible. Upon entering through the main entrance, it almost feels as if the hotel has been closed for years, as the large glass walls are covered with a thick layer of dirt both inside and outside. It gives the impression that little attention is being paid to one of the first things guests see.nnThe room itself was clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable.nnThe breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the food was very tasty. However, once again, the windows in the breakfast area were so dirty, both inside and outside, that sitting near them was not particularly pleasant.nnThe service was very friendly and truly excellent throughout our stay.nnThe hotel has many great qualities to be proud of, and they make staying here comfortable and enjoyable. That is exactly why the condition of the windows stands out so much and deserves attention. With clean windows, the overall impression of an otherwise excellent hotel would be significantly improved.
The room was clean, but the day after our arrival, the toilet got clugged for no reason. When we checked out, we informed about the issue to the receptionist, her reaction was, well, she didn't care. My husband had to complain, about this by email.
Very clean and nice hotel. I love that the mocktails are not expensive, and they taste really good. The staff is kind!nnWe needed a place to stay late at night because of an emergency and they were still available, unlike a lot of other places.nnThey also have underground parking which is nice because your car stays safe.
Super nice and helpful staff at reception,nElena Eftimovska and her colleagues, helped me to locate the jacket I forgot in the room, keep it at reception and post it.nI will definitely choose this hotel again if I have chance to visit this lovely city Örebro again in the future!
I had a very positive experience and stay, to begin with I was able to book a standard double room for the same day at a busy day in town, the check-in went so quick I blinked and missed it.nReception was very kind and positive, even shared a laugh.n9/10 Stay, highly reccomend.
