Full gym with many types of equipment, a dedicated cross fit area, a new circle training setup upstairs that is also limited to age 21 and above, and a large room for classes. The staff is super friendly. They sell various supplements, bars, and gym clothing. The changing rooms are sparse but functional, and each has a sauna.

Very good gym. Nice, friendly staff who are always happy to help. a large number of group workouts for different levels of training. The room is clean and well air-conditioned. A nice bonus is the sauna in the locker room.
