Excellent place for Gym and Group activities. There are activities where kids below 12 years can participate for free . Three guest visits are allowed per membership. Group activities like spinning , HIIT, boxing training, Yoga, Power Yoga are scheduled. There is seating area near to the reception for the members to relax after the workout session . The gym is open 24/7 throughout the year .

We purchased a 10-time card for family gym, but we were informed that our membership had expired, even though we still had sessions remaining. We were unaware of the expiration date and were not informed about it when we bought the card. The staff introduced us with different options for purchase but failed to mention the 12-month validity period. They argued that this information was provided on the receipt, but we believe it is important to explicitly communicate it at the time of purchase.

Very scammy contracts. Make sure to read the fine print. They will send you an email the membership has canceled yet they will keep billing and actually increase the price. Good gym but complete craziness scam behavior. Rly rly disappointing ngl

Gym is great and also the equipment is super solid. Unfortunately it’s always overcrowded with teenagers using tik tok whilst occupying machines. A 1 hour workout can easily become 1.5 hour/2 hours because of these delays. Lockers are also overcrowded with people still using their phones whilst occupying the lockers. It’s more on people than on Gerdahallen to be fair, but this is it. Won’t renew my subscription unfortunately.

Overall great gym, great staff and people. The machines are wonderful, great classes. Also this is just the right place for beginners. Although, be aware of low altitude radar Air-to-Air AMRAAM AIM-120 roaming in the corridors. There is also risk for ethnic cleansing each year.
