I train here because it's close to my place. I only get to enjoy it when I go early morning on the weekends. On weekdays is so crowded that I can't even find a locker to put my stuff in it.nnThey recently got new bikes. They are awful! It's impossible to find a good seating position on them no matter how much you adjust them. So people crowd the old bikes because they are much more comfortable.

Excellent place for Gym and Group activities. There are activities where kids below 12 years can participate for free . Three guest visits are allowed per membership. Group activities like spinning , HIIT, boxing training, Yoga, Power Yoga are scheduled. There is seating area near to the reception for the members to relax after the workout session . The gym is open 24/7 throughout the year .

Fantastic gym with a lot of equipment to use for different Excercises and much space. Classes are also free and reoccur regularly with a sauna included.

Predatory contracts, scammy billing, rude and unhelpful customer service. If you sign up for a year, they will keep billing after and increase the price without telling you. Also while some classes are okay, the popular classes are often overcrowded and overbooked. Bad greedy management through and through

We purchased a 10-time card for family gym, but we were informed that our membership had expired, even though we still had sessions remaining. We were unaware of the expiration date and were not informed about it when we bought the card. The staff introduced us with different options for purchase but failed to mention the 12-month validity period. They argued that this information was provided on the receipt, but we believe it is important to explicitly communicate it at the time of purchase.
