The Staff is always helpful and kind. The gym is clean and has a good variety of machines and equipment. The only thing which seems to be lacking is a bucket and ladle in the men's sauna.nnUpdate: Still no way to pour water in the sauna, but the vibe is still on point otherwise!
A well-equipped gym with all the essentials, though it could be cleaner. The staff is friendly, but I wish they opened earlier—around 5 AM like most other gyms. Mornings are my only time to work out, and I often feel rushed trying to make it to work on time.
Not my top gym. It was pretty crowded earlier in the day and there are not enough treadmills to suit all those who wanted to use them. Environment feels rather old and unmanaged.nStaff was nice, but again, can't say that will be enough to make it a good experience.
Started training there again after a few years, has everything, lots of room, great staff, love training there
Friskis & Svettis marketed as Friskis&Svettis is a Swedish sports association founded by Johan Holmsäter in 1978. The first association was started in Stockholm as an outgrowth of Johan Holmsäter's activity as a sports director in student sports in Stockholm.nnThe original activity within Friskis & Svettis was exercise gymnastics, which the association calls Jympa. Today, Jympan is one of the most popular group training sessions and a total of 100,000 exercisers participate in Jympa sessions every week.nnFriskis & Svettis consists of a national organization and currently 159 local Friskis & Svettis associations with over half a million members.nnFriskis & Svettis has also established itself in Norway.
