One of the best Nordic Wellness in Stockholm if not the best. Has all the basic machines, almost all machines are techno gym, some hoist and hammer strength so not the best machines but all the machines are new and in good condition. The gym has a sauna and the locker rooms are really nice now that they have fixed them. Have been working out in this gym for a year now and can say that the staff are nice and the majority of people that go there are also really nice. The gym gets packed at peak hours as any other gym but it's not impossible to work out because the gym is big and has a lot of machines for reference the gym has 3 leg extensions, 4 bench press two of them are high quality equipped bench press the same benches that they use in powerlifting 8 squat racks and 8 Smith machines. over the course of 1 year there was only 1 time I had to skip a workout because the gym was too pack that was after new years in January.nnUpdate: the gym's still good, they have bought some new machines. my only complaint is the new 10 treadmills that they bought that are a complete waste of money nobody uses them because they are worse than the old ones and now the gym has simply too much treadmills, there WAS no need in the extra treadmills, they could of just bought new better machines.
The equipment and space is ok. But management of the cleaness is scandalous. Yeah, people leave all over mugs, Nocco cans, and equipment wherever. But I speak of cleaness in change room. You see sh...t in the morning with mass of paper, on the floor, cloths left and mass of dirt on the floor and shelves. No matter, if the gym was cleaned last time at 18, there is no chance as such dirt comes in 4h and appears so in the morning. 8am you see this as on pics.nnCoffee is made around 6, then not refilled. Staff care less about disturbing behaviors of teens under the day and evening. No engagement. Equally, one could have not maintained gym at all.nGoing to gym in the evening is just unbearable. Overload, mess, and useless staff without any contact with people on the floor of the gym.nnNordic Wellness just sells overload of the cards, subscriptions without control on the load of the people in various times.nnDo the work we pay for. So far, it is not acceptable. I am afraid, I will search for another gym after the subscription period.
Really good with a variety of machines and spacious area, however, a slight minus is there aren’t enough stairmasters and some cardio machines can’t be connected to techno gym app. Also the loud music in the gym gives a lower score.
