Gothenburgs mini-hotel

So glad to have stayed here. The location is fantastic, the rooms comfortable, restrooms always clean, showers are located a bit far down the corridor but good condition makes up for that. The staff was polite and managed to book a slot to wash our clothes. Do book in advance though, gets full fast!

Booked a room at the hotel with breakfast and parking. Upon arrival, we were told that the hotel does not have breakfast or parking. And that third-party sites publish inaccurate information and the hotel has nothing to do with it. We were sent to the nearest paid parking lot that does not belong to the hotel. We had to pay extra. The hotel is terrible! Everything is dirty, smoke-filled. It stinks everywhere. The staff is unprofessional, we and other visitors was screwed at all fronts. Do not stay here under any circumstances!

My stay at the Mini-Hotel in Gothenburg was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.nnFrom the moment I arrived, the hotel felt unprofessional and poorly maintained. It was common to see other guests walking barefoot through the hallways and shared areas, which gave a very unhygienic and uncomfortable impression. The shared kitchen, which was supposed to be available to all guests, was constantly dirty, with food remnants and no signs of proper cleaning or maintenance.nnEven more concerning was the behavior of the staff. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming. To make things worse, on more than one occasion, staff entered my room without any notice or permission – a serious violation of privacy and security.nnThis kind of conduct is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that charges for basic comfort and respect. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Located in the heart of the city, the rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds and clean linens. The staff is friendly, and the showers and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and spacious, though a few more pots would be useful. A fridge and freezer are available.

Good value for money. The staff is friendly. The kitchen had a stove, some utensils, and an oven. The bathroom is shared, but there were multiple bathrooms on our floor.
