I have been here twice during the summer holidays and both times I was able to see a doctor and received very good help. Kind and pleasant in every way.

If you want help, you have to register with another health centre.

Definitely not recommended!! The communication is abysmal, they change medicine without asking you, painkillers are almost impossible to get despite well-documented injuries, do not respond to calls or messages, doctors on call who do not know Swedish and are not allowed to prescribe medicine. Nurses who make medical decisions when it is the doctor's job. Wrote an e-mail to the manager that it is impossible to get hold of the treating doctor, got a reply that I can contact the treating doctor about this???nnThis is just the beginning, I have been to other health centers that I felt were not taken seriously. But I really understand the bad rating this health center received, they are in a class by themselves!nnEveryone should not be misled, the Uskorna Nurses are worth their weight in gold, but I hope they change employers so they don't have to work for this bunch of totally nonchalant managers who really aren't assertive and take care of their patients!!nnChristian Gilensparr.

I think it's pretty crazy that we pay the highest tax in Sweden and get this back shamefully, don't go here if you want care or something else, There isn't a single doctor and then they hire people who have no idea what it is do. Call before and you get to talk to someone 2 days later. Search to another location. Shameful

Search for the nearest hospital or other reception. This one abandons you in the middle of the treatment and medication, has no working communication whatsoever, does not follow up or feedback. They are a disgrace to healthcare and if you don't want to risk permanent but, worsened injury/illness or worse, it is best not to apply to this healthcare centre.
