Changing health center!. Whatever you need help with, it is not available at Närhälsan Bengtsfors! The staff is completely incapable of helping with anything. They send you on to avoid taking care of patients. They can't even provide vaccines for a trip that takes a maximum of 5 minutes.

If you have come here looking for help, you have come to the wrong place. If you belong to Bengtsfors health center, I strongly recommend changing to another one.nnNonchalant treatment and no help, you get the feeling that they do not want to help but only push away patients' problems to avoid work

Incredibly bad treatment. Unpleasant doctors and it feels more like they think you're a burden.

Very satisfied. Got in the same day I called. Doctor who listened, asked lots of questions and felt if they hurt when he pressed on different parts of the body. Also got to take several different tests so really nothing to complain about for me. The only negative is that I should have had a skin prick test done after an allergic reaction last year but I haven't had that yet.

I came to the practice without an appointment due to an acute finger injury. After a very short wait, I was seen immediately. The doctor made a professional impression and promptly stripped the wound and gave me a tetanus booster. All of this was done in just under half an hour. A fantastic practice!
