Extremely disappointing — and likely illegal — experience. I strongly advise against leasing from this dealership. They failed to repair my warning system and malfunctioning headlights for more than two months. Then told me it was my responsibility to find another dealership if I wanted my unsafe car fixed sooner. They also refused to provide a loaner car during the 2 months waiting time. I’ve tried repeatedly to terminate the lease due to these serious issues, but they refuse to cooperate. This level of negligence and disregard for customer safety is just completely unacceptable.
Hi,nnI live in Mölndal and purchased my MG5 electric car SPC47J from Hedin Bil in Stockholm in November 2024, after seeing it listed on your website — where it was shown with winter tires. During the purchase, I was offered the option to buy studded winter tires for an additional cost of around 14,000 SEK, which I accepted and paid for. It was clearly communicated that the car would also come with summer tires by default, as part of the standard delivery.nnThe car was initially promised for delivery by second week of December. However, it was delayed significantly, and I had to follow up with the salesperson every 2–3 days for updates. Eventually, the car was delivered only close to New Year, after much back and forth and without any proactive communication from your side.nnWhen I picked up the vehicle from the Gothenburg location, it was delivered with only the winter tires. I was assured that the summer tires would follow shortly — first promised in January, then delayed repeatedly without any clear explanation or timeline.nnDespite multiple follow-ups over the past few months, I have still not received the summer tires that were part of the original agreement. The seasonal deadline for changing to summer tires has now passed, and I am unable to use the car. I have been passed between several contacts in both Stockholm and Gothenburg, with vague responses, no accountability, and no resolution.nnIn recent calls with your Stockholm sales team, I was told that a manager would investigate the situation. Later, I was advised to reach out to local tire suppliers in Gothenburg myself — which is unacceptable, as the tires were ordered from Hedin Bil and it is your responsibility to arrange this. Eventually, I was informed that the summer tires were supposed to be delivered from MG China along with the car but were not — and since then, no further solution has been offered.nnI’ve made it clear that if this issue isn’t resolved by today, I expect fair compensation — such as a loaner vehicle, temporary summer tires, or a refund of the 14,000 SEK I paid for the winter tires. None of this has been arranged to date. This has turned into one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was promised during the sales process, and now, six months later, I’m left chasing your team for basic fulfillment of what was agreed upon.nnAdditionally, the car was delivered with several issues: a crack in the front bumper, a non-functioning right rear light, and more recently, I’ve noticed a rattling noise from the rear seats while driving on highways. I was given an MG service contact, but I am unsure if these issues are covered under warranty, or if I will be charged during my upcoming annual service.nnThis entire situation has been extremely stressful and disappointing. My family’s Easter travel plans were impacted because we couldn’t use the car due to the tire issue, and now my calls are going unanswered.nnPlease treat this message as my formal complaint. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to the Swedish Consumer Agency and consult with a lawyer to explore legal action.nnThe lack of responsibility, transparency, and customer care has been completely unacceptable. I expected significantly better from a dealership with Hedin Bil’s reputation.

Worst service I have ever seen. I brought my car to solve a problem in the air conditioning that was not working. They changed the condenser more than 10.000 SEKand when I went there to pick up the car the air condioning was not working. Then when I asked if they have tested, they said that no! They asked to book another review. After the review they said that they do not know how to solve it. So, I do not recomend any service in Hedin Bil.nnRun away from them !nnThey do not know what does it mean trouble shooting investigation.
Never buy a car here or book for service. You cant book online, you cant get hold of them and when you do finally take your car in for service you can always expect to wait a minimum of 3 hours even for a tire change and then have to return immediately because they screwed something up. They are also very rude and unhelpful to the customers. I think Hedin Bil - Bilvarhuset is a perfect example of bad customer service! I would never buy a car here again since its attached to this service centre. You can see many reviews here feel the same way.
